DELIVERY and RETURNS

 

International deliveries are handled by DHL and the local post offices.

Delivery takes approximately 7 working days from the date of shipment. Shipping fees apply, except for the Premium Box.

When your box is shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail.

In your personal account on site, under your name, in the section Current plans, you will see the sunbsciption.

Open the month and the tracking number for your parcel is visible, once the order is set to shipped.

With this number you can track your delivery on DHL Tracking site.

 

Returns of boxes can happen within 14 days from the date of the delivery.

Customer pays the shipping fee for the return.
