DELIVERY and RETURNS

 

International deliveries to European countries are handled by DHL/Deutche Post and local post offices in each country.

We deliver to all markets in the EU. If you don't see your country on the banner in the shop, select EUROPE.  In the address form under Country select your country from the drop down menu.

Delivery takes approximately 7 working days from the date of shipment. Shipping fees may apply as indicated in each order in the shop.

When your box is shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail.

In your personal account on site, under your name, in the section Current plans, you will see the subsciption.

Open the month and the tracking number for your parcel is visible, once the order is set to shipped.

Returns of boxes can happen within 14 days from the date of the delivery.

Customer pays the shipping fee for the return.
