Yoga Pose That Destroys Cellulite: One Exercise That Comprises Thighs and Butt

Cellulite is actually a condition in which the skin has a lumpy and dimpled appearance due to underlying fat deposits that are located just below the skin’s surface.

The good news is that these fat deposits are not as harmful as the ones that wrap your inner organs. However, they are not aesthetically pleasant to the eye.

If you are still not satisfied with the look of your thighs and butt, even though you regularly work out, the best way to reduce cellulite is to tighten and tone the muscles in your hips, butt and thighs. Do this yoga pose, known as Natarajasana, regularly every day and you’ll rid yourself of ugly cellulite:

1. Stand with your legs astride, but not too wide open. Place your hands on your hips, bend your right leg in the knee, and lift it upwards. Lift your foot up 20 times in a row, with easy movements.

2. When you’ve finished with the lifting, take hold of your right ankle with your right hand. Pull your leg up as much as you can and simultaneously elevate the upper part of your body and your left arm. Hold in this position for 20 seconds, meanwhile taking account of proper breathing.

3. Return in initial position and repeat the exercise with the other leg. Practice this exercise regularly and you’ll have great results just in time for the upcoming summer season.
