Yoga Pose That Destroys Cellulite: One Exercise That Comprises Thighs and Butt

1. Stand with your legs astride, but not too wide open. Place your hands on your hips, bend your right leg in the knee, and lift it upwards. Lift your foot up 20 times in a row, with easy movements.

2. When you’ve finished with the lifting, take hold of your right ankle with your right hand. Pull your leg up as much as you can and simultaneously elevate the upper part of your body and your left arm. Hold in this position for 20 seconds, meanwhile taking account of proper breathing.

3. Return in initial position and repeat the exercise with the other leg. Practice this exercise regularly and you’ll have great results just in time for the upcoming summer season.
